Everyone, including the receptionist and the technicians, are very professional and friendly. We've had the technicians out to our house for the annual checkup services for our heating and AC, and also to complete upgrades to the water lines for our boiler. The technician is very knowledgeable, and answers my questions thoroughly. I always learn something when she's working at our house! I highly recommend them. They come out in a timely manner, keep me posted on what's happening, and are very skilled at getting the job done right.

I’m extremely grateful for this company. The past two days the temperature was around 100 degrees outside and my AC wasn’t working so my house stayed at a very humid 85 degrees inside for two days straight but they came right out to look at it 20 minutes after I called them and the technician diagnosed and fixed the problem in just 10 minutes of being at my house. I was extremely impressed cause I just assumed that they would tell me I need to replace my AC unit because it is really old but she was able to fix it within minutes. I’ll never call anyone else for any problems I have in the future. Thank you

Every time I call Frank Shelley heating and Cooling. They are always so kind. We have had them to our residence for different things, and their workers are very professional, and polite. Thank you all for everything you do. We really appreciate you all.
