A wonderful staff. A very accommodating schedule, especially if a pet has a sickness comes on suddenly. Dr. John was great at explaining everything to me in a kind and compassionate way. The pricing is very fair and the office is clean and welcoming, I highly recommend them!

Recently moved to Rensselaer. From the moment we walked in the door everyone took care of our cat, Marshmallow with kindness and a smile. The Doctor was very patient and detailed in describing treatment and options for care. We will definitely will be back with our other cats. Nice to see a veterinarian and staff like this!!

I can’t say enough great things about this veterinary clinic. I brought my cat Simba in for his first visit, and from the moment we walked through the door, the experience was outstanding. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind—not just to me, but to Simba as well.
The vet took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and treated Simba with so much patience and care. It was obvious they truly love animals and take pride in what they do. Simba can be a bit nervous, but they handled him gently and made the whole visit stress-free.
