Check in time was reasonable. I did make an appointment time online and was the first patient seen,so I'm sure that helped. All staff was friendly and helpful. One thing I did not like, they asked if I would fill out a mental health form(which I really didn't mind) but then found out it would be an added cost. I appreciate the concern, but I went in for a physical need. Last year I feel like I got alot of surprise Dr bill's (*not from this place*) so I am more cautious and am asking alot more questions then I normally do. I recommend this place. I thought I got good care and will return in the future if needed.
I was treated with respect and the staff had a professional attitude. I would recommend Fast Pace Urgent Care to anyone who is looking for an Urgent Care facility. Everyone was great!
The check in process is a breeze of ease. The staff go above and beyond to make sure their files are correct. Thorough and individualized care. They all have a good sense of humor too!
