The owner, Jim, came out to look at a leak in my basement and was the first person to actually figure out the problem. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He also offered an affordable solution. Highly recommend!

Jim and his team far surpassed expectations. Its always scary to invest thousands of dollars in complex project, and I was relieved to have excellent communication, experience, and results. And side note, he seems to treat his employees well too, which is important to me.

Jim described his firm's (IBWP) basement waterproofing process in detail on the day he arrived to provide an estimate. Additionally, he included a one page brochure which outlines the entire process using words and comprehensive diagrams. I was also impressed with his willingness to answer follow-up questions as needed.
Jim is an honest man who is straight-forward in providing pricing information. IBWP's warranty is also superior to those offered by the other firms I researched. On the day the work was done, Jim's crew arrived on time and completed the job promptly.
