Greg was very responsive despite how busy he was with the damage caused by the derecho. He even showed up at our house at 9:30 one night to survey the needed work even though he’d just had a flat tire while enroute and had to swap vehicles so he could still make it that evening. We would definitely use Trees Plus again.
This is the second time I needed their services in 2 weeks. both times the work was dome professionally and in a timely fashion. I would recommend them. If I ever need tree service again, they will be who I call.
Greg is a good guy and he really tries hard. He's capable and engaged. I've called upon him three times in the last five years. It's always been a good experience. This last time I called, yesterday, nature got in the way before he could help, but he was the one that was going to help when I was really desperate and in need. No gouging, just honest help. That stuff REALLY matters. He reorganized his schedule to help in a desperate situation. My experience with him says he runs a fair, honest, and capable operation. I appreciate it.
