I come here st Mary's physical therapy.It is a good place when I walk in.I'm greeted about alma she's the best.Usually I have Jared or Theresa both of them are really good physical therapies.Their patient and their very encouraging...

A great place! The staff were all amazing and I enjoyed working with all of them. Very easy to find as it's located across from Portage High School and plenty of parking!

I was having a case of the Monday's and forgot my purse at home before I left for work that morning. When I arrived at my appointment later that day, I asked if they could bill me for my Copay, receptionist asked me to take a seat and she would get back with me. After a half hour I went back up to the desk, she had completely forgotten about me and went to go check with someone. When she returned she said I had a credit and only owed $5 up front for a copay. I told her again I had nothing with me, she told me that I had to reschedule. Really?! I couldn't be billed $5? I guess I will be looking for a new physician. The one I was seeing wasn't very thorough, quick and didn't listen.

Horrible office! First time I went I had to wait an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time, dr came in for 2 minutes and barely checked me out, it was for a physical,so one would think they would actually give me a physical. Had to go back in 2 weeks to get blood work and a tb text. Only waited an hour for the 2nd appointment. Had to them go back in 2 days to get tb test read and a vaccine. I was assured they would have my physical paperwork at that time, but they didn't. The staff couldn't even find it and the dr was gone so no luck there. Got my vaccine and was advised they'd call in the morning. After I left the office I got another call stating they only gave me a half dose of the vaccine so I had to go back the next day anyhow! What?!? They didn't tell me this at the office but they call after the fact to tell me this and that's how the dr ordered it? Thsi is seriously the worst dr office I've ever been to and I would not recommend them to anyone, they clearly have no idea what they're doing! Stay far far away!

My family and i started going here about a year ago because it was closer to home. At first we thought it was alright. As new patients we went for regular check ups and were treated great. About 5 months ago i came in for side pains and rashes on my arms and legs. For this they gave me a Z pac and hydrocortisone. I continuously came back and still had the same problems. Finally i woke up one morning and had to go to the emergency room because of horrible stomach pains. i found out id had a bad bladder infection and a kidney infection for quite some time. I brought up all the symptoms and never got the right diagnosis. Also my wife had been in a car accident and hurt her back. Our car insurance was covering her doctor cost. I guess there was a mix up and the billing manager told my wife she had to pay a large fee for her visits. When my wife tried to explain that car insurance was paying for the visits the billing manager went off on my wife infront of the whole waiting room and infront my three year old and one year old to the point where my wife was crying. I honestly dont recomend anyone to go here if you want professional healthcare for you or your family. Go to Winfeild family medicine. You will get excellent service and they actually treat you like you matter.

I"ve been coming here for years, they have always been pleasant and understanding. They do help me and my family feel better when we're sick. I just don't understand their scheduling routine. We ALWAYS have to wait at least 1 hour to 1 1/2 everytime. Good grief!!! WTF?? That's the reason I hate going to the doctors office, ugh.
