We worked with the staff for preplanning our funerals and am so glad we did that. I did a much better job planning my husband's funeral a couple years in advance than I would have at this time. It took a lot of stress off. Staff was very considerate and helpful and the funeral went well. My only complaint was some of the follow up afterwards. It might just be timing but it took a few calls to get a call back. Overall pleased and would use them again when the need arises. They are calming and professional at a difficult time in their customer's lives.
My experience with Lily Cremation was exceptional!!!! There wasn't a question I had that they didn't have an immediate answer for me. Jonathan took care of every detail including information regarding my dad's military burial. They took care of everything for me. Highly recommend their service!!!!
