Great experience! Justin showed up worked on our heat pump and through the process of elimination found the problem, repaired the broken part and had our unit back online. I can’t say enough good things about his persistence and not giving up until he found the problem. I would highly recommend NWI Heating and Air to my friends and family.
What can I say? These guys are the best! After struggling with a new build out four years ago and a large building having four units and it never working properly in the summer or the winter I could not find an HVAC company in Northwest Indiana that seemed to care except for NWI Heating And Air air-conditioning… John, our tech took time to assess the situation and see that the past companies were not doing their job. I recommend no one else but these guys!
Amazing experience! Reached out on a Friday that our AC went out, they showed up 30 minutes later, told us we would need a new AC, They came back Monday and put in in, ran into a problem, but stayed until the job was done!
