Great company! They are very informative, personable and reasonably priced. They don't try to oversell you on things you don't need. They actually saved me money be rewiring my boiler to alleviate what would have been a very costly repair. I spent $130 dollars instead of $1,500. Thanks guys!! I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company!

Justin did a great job. NWI was able to service my furnance same day and soon after calling. Highly recommend.A new issue the next day and John was out same day to work on my furnance again.Great technicians and wonderful customer service. Highly recommend.Update: they just installed my new furnance and hot water heater. They were quick, professional, and answered all my questions.
