Monica (front desk) she is the woman for the job, got me check in very fast and to the back, Kylia (triage) has a bubbly personality and very good at her job, Crystal (Np) check me out, gave me some good advice… Midwest Express Clinic should be happy to have these ladies as employees they showed nothing but 5 star service….

2nd review october 2024: went in for back pain. Diagnosed with pneumonia. Go figure. Z pack, prednisone, and inhaler. Pain gone, breathing improving all in less that 24 hours. Nurse practitioner hit this spot on by asking the right questions. She should be a doctor.
1st review over a year ago: Pre registered online, first visit & no paperwork to fill out. Everyone was pleasant & professional. This will be my goto place for occasional immediate care.

I am impressed with the service I received. The staff was prompt and very polite. Every staff member was delightful. The computers were having issues, and the staff advised the patients that it would be a slightly longer wait time. When I got to the servicing area, the staff used pen and paper and were prepared for the malfunction in the technology. It was impressive to see a business continue to function effectively without the use of the computers. Great job to all the staff.
