Brought in a loaded refrigerated trailer to figure out why it wouldn't start. The fuel pump needed to be replaced. I was in & out in 3 hours. Thanks so much, I didn't have any rejected freight when I delivered.
Had APU A/C Issue. Got us in fast and issue (fan) fixed quick! Nice staff, knowledgeable staff. Picnic table outdoors or waiting room inside with cold bottled water, coffee & clean bathroom. Even washer/dryer (free to use- bring your own detergent) while you wait if needed!
Pretty quick service and resolved the issue. Only issue was the technician thought he was doing a pm after I told the office that the apu wasn't running properly. Not sure that if I hadn't of been in the truck to explain this if the guy would've done a pm also. Other than that it was a good experience
