Tie rod broke on me while I was on my way to work today and was thinking this was going to cost me my weekend overtime. Called Genuine and got my car towed here and they had my car jacked up and where already going to town on it before I even realized they had my car off the tow truck! They got it fixed and align really fast and got my car back home in about 2 hours and now I don’t have to miss my overtime! Chuck that worked there was also very helpfull!

During my cross country trip found myself with low rear tires half way towards destination. Female who picked up the phone helped with my dilemma herself! I don’t know your name but, know I appreciate your help and kind suggestions… I made it safe, thank you!!

I was on my way to a very important meeting Tuesday afternoon. A large chunk of concrete jumped out of 94 W and shredded my front left tire. I got off the first exit, called this shop, i was told they could put my spare on for $20 and in 10 minutes!!! Not only that, the owner waived the fee. Incredibly friendly, honest and FAST!!
