Franciscan ExpressCare has friendly and understanding doctors, nurses, and receptionists. While wait times can be long, patients report receiving good service once called back. Some reviewers have noted that the clinic has been understaffed at times, leading to longer wait times. Despite this, many patients appreciate the caring and patient nature of the staff, particularly when dealing with children who may be unwell.
Visited the clinic in Sept., 2025. Service is very slow. Need more help. Employees are great and caring. Waited 5 hours to see someone for 5 minutes. Prescription sent to wrong pharmacy.
If you want to spend your ENTIRE day waiting, come to the place. The wait time is seriously ridiculous. The hospital isn’t even as long of a wait as this place is. You might as well go to the ER.
I took my one year old in on Thursday due to a high fever and other symptoms. The nurse practitioner refused to run any tests and also asked why we “drive so far” to our pediatricians office, which was extremely unprofessional. She told us nothing was wrong and to follow up with our primary care doctor if symptoms continue. Sunday, his symptoms were the same and I decided to take him to Crown Point Franciscan express care, they immediately ran tests and turns out he had influenza A and a double ear infection. We will not be returning to this location.
