Needed a new battery. Called a few places and Firestone was the only one with a good battery for my car. Called and the front desk said to come on in. Waited on a couple of cars and they installed my battery. I had a squeak that wasn't fixed at the dealership. The front desk said it might be something other than what the dealership thought. Told me his top mechanic could check it out. They used a coupon that saved me some money for the baty. I went home and called to have them check on my squeak. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them.
A tire shop we visited previously made a mistake while installing new tires, so my grandfather brought the car here on Christmas Eve, knowing that many places wouldn't be open. The incredibly kind staff here not only fixed the problem but did so for free.
Went there for a late alignment after some suspension and steering work I performed. Excellent experience and I appreciate that they stay open later. They got me in and out with no problem.
