Wasted my time. After arriving early, I waited in the waiting area for a half hour past my scheduled appointment time. Then the doctor never answered the video call. So I was never fully screened. So a complete failure. I never had an appointment of any kind that had to be cancelled while I was sitting in the lab/office/screening/ room. Just like most adults, the time i selected was specific to my limited schedule. So I couldnt even reschedule because I have to make other arrangements to free up a window. My suggestion is make sure you have 2 or more hours available for this.Good luck.

I had a problem with my eyeglasses and I took them in for service, I was greeted by Emma who is the Asst. Manager she assisted me with my problem with professionalism and courtesy. She made an executive decision that I totally agree with I love when employees take pride in servicing the customer instead of pushing the product

I had received excellent service but I’m kind of upset that when I made my appointment I wasn’t notified that I wouldn’t have a doctor in the office that I would be having a doctor through a zoom meeting. I wish I would’ve been told this, this way I could’ve rescheduled for a day when the doctor was actually in the office because I wanted my eyes dilated. Now I’ll have to pay another 70 bucks out of my pocket or more to see a doctor

Visited the branch in portage, IN. From the moment I made phone contact with them the personal service was apparent. Destiny at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. Dr Tim rocks. He spent as much time as necessary to perform the vision tests and answer all my questions. From there I worked with Kat to pick out the frames and customize my lens preferences. She was very helpful and pleasant. Other staff members, like Ida, engaged me in friendly conversation. Another staff member handed out candy to all of us which was a very nice personal touch from her. Can’t say enough about how I was treated.

Friendly caring staff...modern equipment..need more frames for active people, but found a great pair and they came back way before promised... I'm satisfied with the America's Best experience !!! -- kim tessmann
