Had another great experience today at Advanced Dental Concepts. The front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful with all my questions. They gave me so many options and helped me navigate my next appointment. My 7 year old came in for his second cleaning and Jamie our hygienist was so gentle and my son loved her. The Dr. was also very thorough. My son made it to the “ No Cavity Club” again ???He even got to pick a toy out of the treasure chest. Couldn’t be happier with our experience.

I went to Advanced Dental Concepts, as it was highly recommended to me. I have some teeth that has\d been neglected and it was time to get them fixed. When I contacted the Portage office to make an appointment, Cassidy was very pleasant while she scheduled my appointment. On my first visit to the office, Kristy and Stacey, at the front desk were very friendly and made sure I was ready to be seen. Then Marlene introduced herself as the hygienist who would be starting the process. She quickly and efficiently X-Rayed and cleaned my teeth. I had a lot of trouble at another facility. I went in to advanced dental for another opinion before I went under the knife later that day at the other dentist. I was immediately impressed, very friendly warm atmosphere, I got some really good advice. They did not try to gouge me!!then something really special happened, the doctor himself called meat home at 6 pm to see how the surgery went and how i was doing!!he didnt even work on me wet he was concerned ABOUT ME! .now My entire family now has a new dentit.Thank you.
