I was experiencing terrible neck and shoulder pain and was unable to get any relief. I called Sandy and she was available for me to come in. After about an hour of different techniques, that she thoroughly explained as she went, my pain had subsided. She gave me some stretches to do at home to help with my muscle tension and made sure I didn't have any questions. This community is very lucky to have a place like The Union and Sandy. They are truly committed to the health and well-being of this community.

This is exactly what I needed. Guided meditation, group work, & much more. I love the atmosphere and Sandy made me feel very comfortable even though I had never been through the class before! I will be a regular!

Got the chance to drop in for yoga and meditation… can’t recommend this place enough. The yoga was challenging but relaxing and the sound bath with meditation after was THE BEST. Only bad part is I am going to miss it. Thanks Sandy!
