What sets this place apart is they always have new bulbs. They replace them about ~50% through their rated hours. With that in mind, go for few mins less than your normal place if you're new, so as not to burn.

Just used the new stand up in room 20. Talk about beam me Scotty. It has facials and a pioneer system hooked up. The room was very nice.

I wanted to buy a weekly package, but before I bought it, I specifically asked if it was consecutive or not. The lady at the counter said no, it’s not consecutive, so I bought it. The next day I confirmed with a different lady and she confirmed. Said I had 5 sessions left to use. I said, to use as I want to, like I can skip a day if I wanted too. She said yes. Several days pass and I go in for another session… guess what. I now don’t have any left and she wants me to pay for my session. The girl calls her mom who is the manager, but said there’s nothing she can do. Can’t even make it right since her employees told me wrong. Never going back. Zero stars. It’s very sad that they have new management all the time. I have been going for years, but not anymore. Essence spa will have my business.
