Went in looking for some lotion. The ladies were super sweet and so helpful! I’d 100% recommend Plymouth Tan. I plan on heading there soon and getting some sessions!!

I normally love this place but today dealing with the employee Elizabeth makes me not want to waste my time and money here. I get the ultimate package normally and pay the upgrade for the full 20 min. it's in my records. Today Miss Elizabeth who has dealt with me on multiple times asked if I was using my ultimate I said yes and wanted to spray tan also. I assumed she added the upcharge for the full 20 mins and paid for everything. much to my surprise I only got to tan for 10 mins didn't even get a tan from the ultimate because my skin needs more light to get dark and when I come out and say something to the other girl it's was just brushed away and told the spray tan...read full review
