Although the dr and the rest of the staff are amazing, the receptionist is very rude and disrespectful and should learn how to talk to people without making rude comments.

The office staff has consistently been short and VERY unwelcoming. I called to confirm an appointment after not receiving any reminder (text, call, or email). During that call, I also asked to schedule appointments for my two younger children. The interaction was brief and direct, and I felt rushed and interrupted, which has not been a one-time occurrence.

There is one staff member in the optical area who is always friendly and helpful, and I’ve consistently had a good experience with her, but I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff.

I haven’t had any negative experiences with the eye doctor herself aside from our very first appointment for my son. I did not appreciate how he was told he would need glasses long-term with a strong prescription. I would have preferred that conversation be directed to me first.

Overall, our experience does not reflect the level of communication and service expected from a family-focused practice.
I canceled all of our future appointments and will not be returning.

Online the hours listed for Saturday is from 8am to noon. It is 11:17 right now and they are closed. Doors locked, no lights! The hours on the door are listed as designated?!

I had a great experience here 4–5 years ago, but over the past year the service and care have gone downhill significantly. The office rarely answers their phones since scheduling is outsourced, and my voicemails were never returned. I was seen for increased blurred vision for about six months and was put into a trial contact that weren’t my correct prescription because they didn’t have the right one available and said the substitute was “close enough” until the proper lenses came in. I never received the correct contact and was left wearing the wrong one while still dealing with blurry vision, with no follow-up or communication. I ended up switching to a new office, where they quickly diagnosed severe dry eye - something that should have been caught much sooner. Based on my recent experience, I’d recommend seeking care elsewhere.

Dr. Bell is very personable and caring and takes her time to examine you and answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend her!

I confirmed an appointment over a month in advance online, they left a voicemail the day before my appt that I “selected a time they didn’t offer” .. then why would it be available to schedule?

Robotic interaction for initial evaluations are somewhat annoying, without concern that proper paperwork is completed prior to examination, and a push to upsell non insurance covered options.

Front desk people are the worst issue. Calls are almost never answered / send everyone to voicemail no matter the time of day, then never respond. I left 5+ messages with them in the last two weeks with zero response.

I got through to someone just one time over many attempted calls and was promised to have my issue (a simple signature finalizing prescription) addressed and a call returned to me confirming by end of that same day. Again, still zero response now a week later.

I will now run out of contacts, and am absolutely amazed as to how this place is still in business. Embarrassing.

I strongly recommend anyone to avoid this place.

Been going here for years. They are caring, friendly, honest and I have recommended them before. All have been very happy with their services.
