I just joined through the app. They were only supposed to charge me my monthly rate but instead charge almost double. I tried calling at least 5 times. Someone picked up and wouldn't speak and then hung on me. Terrible customer service!

Disappointing gym with outdated equipment and poor maintenance. Uninspiring atmosphere, cramped space, and lackluster vibe that fails to motivate.
