A 19 yr. old was in charge of my flood damage. It was a fiasco from the very beginning!! The office phone was never answered and the machine was ALWAYS full. Conor, (the 19 yr. old) rarely answered his cell phone and just seemed completely lost and flustered with our conversations. No estimate was ever given, No contract was ever signed. Things that weren't damaged, due to our flood, were when they took on the job. 4 months and I still don't have all my stuff. I have no clue what is in storage, where it is, what has been thrown out, or kept. Nothing was written down. He (Conor) did NOTHING he said he would. I am very worried that damaged things (wet and moldy) were put together with undamaged ones. Though they say they bill your insurance company directly, I got a bill for $19121.19. WTF? The break down was absolute absurd! And to top it off, it was never even a completed job. My husband and I have been there countless times and still have more to do. I am hoping that the owner Matt, will call me and make some since of this whole thing and we can come to some sort of resolution to this disaster!

i had them clean an area rug and cushions from my couch. I am very pleased with their work. The are from a nearly brand new couch. They are back to a new condition. The fee was very reasonable. I would recommend them for your cleaning needs. i was pleased to find someone local for the area rug.
