We just had our HVAC system replaced and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first estimate to the final installation, their team was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and worked efficiently while keeping everything clean and organized. Highly recommend using Justin Time!
The furnace quit during the single digit night on Tuesday. I called right when the office opened at 8am and the tech arrived within 20 minutes. Michael did a great job diagnosing the issue and replacing the fried part. He shared the benefits of having a service contract for spring and fall visits to ensure the HVAC is in good shape. Knowing how knowledgeable these folks are, I signed up. It’s about peace of mind. Michael was also kind enough to allow my calico cat, Spooky, to supervise the entire time.
We have used Justin Time multiple times since 2017. Have always had wonderful experiences with them. Most recently they replaced our furnace and ac unit and on demand water heater! They do amazing work and they back up their work. Would recommend them to anyone!
