I want to thank Tabitha for helping me after my husband passed away. She was kind and caring and was able to get an appointment quickly with Troy. Troy was fantastic, comforting and so professional. I have to have a skylight, and some shingles replaced which are necessary but expensive for me on a limited income. Firstly one of the most important jobs of a business is the office staff. Making appointments, answering questions and call backs, it can make or break a business and every one at one time has had a bad experience, And frankly dealing with the public take a amount of professionalism and at times, thick skin, so my hats off to the women in the office, i appreciate you, and you are knocking it out of the park! I don't think at times the office people get the recognition they deserve. If I could leave 6 stars I would! The leaders in the waterproofing division always take the time out to put my mind at ease for whatever questions may arise during stressful projects!!
