Terrible store
Ordered glasses on the 6th of January and still not in hand as of the 23rd
Been given the run around on what’s happened
4 different stories with what happened with my frames and lenses
Avoid like the plague

I had a horrible experience at this Walmart vision care, I spoke with a lady on the phone who straight up lied to me. I asked her what had happened to my contact prescription order. She had said there was no order placed. Unfortunately for her I still have a email receipt of my order, I still haven’t gotten my $200 refund. I would never go to this Walmart vision center agian. I’ve been going here for over 12 years, so if they treat a customer that has always been going there then I don’t see a reason for anyone to go here. I know for myself personally I will be choosing a different place. I would rate it 0 stars if I could but that is not an option.

Now I don't know why the one in Plainfield gets so many negative reviews. The gentleman that I have dealt with has been nothing but fantastic to me. I've been to the one in Avon and I've been to the 1 in Camby. And they have been horrible. The gentleman was the only one to care if I had classes or not. So I hope the reviews get better for the one in plainfield
