A clean place, the staff are friendly, and most are willing to help. Last time I came here I waited like 20 minutes to get a perfume, the lady in the area didn’t want to help anyone (it seemed like) so I went up to the counters to get help. They called her and she still took forever. She was just standing in the area and standing still, not stocking the shelves or helping anyone else… so that was odd. Then someone else ended up helping me. Other than that I’ve always had great experiences here!

This was my first time being at that place, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! As I slowly walked in and made the way to the salon and there was two ladies that were so friendly!! One did my makeup and the other one did my hair for prom, and they both did an amazing job!! I absolutely loved my makeup and hair!! After they finished before I went to the check out I had to find a lip combo first but I was having a hard time until this staff was also so friendly helped me get the right one and I thanked her!! I’m definitely coming back again!!

They really was so very attentive and helpful. They greeted me when I walked in and asked if I needed help and the young lady alba went above and beyond to help me find the right concealer Now the reason I give this a 3 start (def not because of the young ladies that were A-1 with their guest services BUT because there was a product tester that we tried to worked perfect for the under eye but ...when I saw the results I was instantly sold ...BUT she looked everywhere for it and found out it was discontinued...i asked if I could just have the tester and company policy they couldnt .
