They actually steal your money and hours . Said they overpaid me in March so they stole my money from my check when I restarted never told me I had an overpayment or anything just weird and dirty.

I honestly don’t know who is replying to the reviews here for Staffmark. I see so many bad reviews for communication and not answering the phone, and I’m here to add one. I’ve called every day, multiple times a day, and not one time have I even spoke to anybody. How do they expect people to get jobs if they can’t even answer their phones? And then someone is replying and apologizing, how about instead of replying to Google reviews you talk to your staff about being more available to answer phones.

Customer service is NONEXISTENT here. I have been trying to get a job here for the past week and throughout this entire time they've given me approximately 5 text messages. I've tried calling them and I'm ALWAYS sent to voicemail just to never get a call back. When I do text them back, they change the subject just to make it last longer. I told them when I was available f9r orientation very early in the morning, around 8am, just to get a single text message asking me if im available for 2nd shift as well as 1st. I reply yes immediately just to be ghosted for an entire day. If youre going to take this long to get me a job then at least you can do is not waste my time with...read full review
