I work from home at a computer and struggle with neck and back pain. Sharon has been an integral part of my healing and continuous improvement of chronic tightness. What I find so impressive about her is that she will explain why those muscles get knotted up and provides great explanation for stretches I never knew existed. I appreciate and adore her so much. 10/10??

I have known Sharon since she started her practice. She truly cares about her clients' well-being, and has a passion for continuing her education and growth. As a colleague, if I am unable to accommodate one of my clients, I know I can refer them to Sharon and feel confident they are always in good hands. I trust her completely with their care. Sharon is very knowledgeable with great attention to detail. She tailors each massage to exactly what you need. My range of motion improved significantly after one session. I highly recommend her!
