Extremely unhappy with their customer service. The girl who I spoke to not only put me on speakerphone while discussing my son's medical information and what my call was regarding, but I was denied being allowed to pick up his school physical form. I was told by the office manager that it would take them 30 days to fill it out. We will be switching pediatricians.
AHN is only about money. I had surgery in Feb 2018 and just because I couldn't afford their payment plan they dismissed me from the entire network in Sept. I was paying what I could afford but it wasn't good enough. I lost my primary care physician who is a wonderful doctor too bad he belongs to such a money hungry network.
