My air conditioner went out on one of the hottest nights of the year. The next morning I called Kirby and Robert, an owner of the company, was out that morning. He knew what was wrong right away and had all the parts on his truck. In short time he had everything up and running and for a very reasonable price. It is good to know that there are still companies out there that do honest work for an honest price!
My furnace failed for a bad igniter. Kirby responded promptly. Tech Fernando showed me the faulty part so I could understand what was wrong. All professional and prompt in their service.
Called on a Sunday during frigid temps due to thermostat dropping from set temperature. Technician called to inform of his arrival time and quickly found our problem. His heating expertise was great! Pricing was fair! We will continue using Kirby Heating & Cooling!
