I made contact with EHC thru their website and was contacted with in 10 mins of messaging. They had someone out to my home the next day. Justin kept me updated every step of the process of fixing my AC unit. Eric was polite, answered any questions I had and respectful of the property.
I had a great experience with Eberhardt. My home is quite old and the heating system uses a steam boiler system. We had quite a bad leak this year, one of the boiler components (water feed valve) was making a lot of vibration during operation, and the sight glass was also leaking. I wasn't sure where to turn. My plumber said he could fix the main leak, but not the other issues and pointed me to Eberhardt to get everything fixed instead of just the leak. It took Eberhardt a week or so to get the needed components, but once they had the parts their technician Dan was able to get everything fixed in a day.
