Their customer service is weird. The one I spoke with originally sounded robotic and couldn’t answer simple questions. I almost hung up and found someone else because the person was very robotic and I began to think it was a scam despite the good reviews. However, once you get past the strange customer service, this company is pretty good! We had Brayden as our technician. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and he worked efficiently and effectively. He was also very kind hearted which is not a common trait anymore, it seems. Benner is also very prompt with coming to do the diagnostic assessment and also coming to do the repair once the parts come in. My only true complaint... read full review

Outstanding service! Brayden from Benner Heating and Air was doing dedicated work on the outside unit in the rain... Also, the scheduling of the service was very easy and convenient.

I would gighly recommend Benner Heating and Air. The technician sent to my house (Brayden I believe) was thorough, explained every step and answered all of my questions. He stayed on site til he was certain my unit was operational.
