It is a different place to work. Be ready to do some labor. Once your body gets used to it, it is a cake walk. Pay attention and work through the books to get your raises. If they offered more money from the start and didn't charge you for your paint guns I would give 5 stars. Also I believe the retention rate would be higher if they paid more than a Dollar General or Wal-Mart for the work that you do. Not only that Millennials can make more money opening businesses, working remotely or having an e-commerce business, rather than punching a clock risking your life. You are on a plane working hard, never forget that. It is not bad work, just long hours and hard work.
