I had a my furnace heater go out on December 27, 2024. Spent a week with no heat, it was rough not gonna lie. So it got changed. I was (am still) going through some financial stuff right now. Climate Makers works with you. Speak up. (But dont exaggerate or tell a lie). They worked with me. Then about a month later my ignitor had broken. So he replaced it. I agreed to let them bill me. I was nervous about that. The invoice I got in the mail was marked Paid in Full and Pay it Forward! I cannot say enough positive about this company. Fantastic company! Thank you so much for my heat!

Actually they didn't do anything. But I would still recommend them. Cuz from wat I hear from my friends. They do great work. The person I talked to was very courteous. And prompt, and very profesional. She should get a raise,

Climate Makers' technicians arrived right on time, clean, neat, and in uniform. They even donned booties to protect my home and cleaned up when finished, leaving everything as clean (maybe cleaner) as they found it. Installed a new system and thermostat, giving me instructions in plain English.Since then (that was quite some years ago when we moved in - maybe 15 years back), we've had to have them out twice for system outages, and both were outside normal business hours. Each repair tech was pleasant and outstanding, again professional, and quickly found the problem and had us back in business in a flash.I can't recommend them enough.
