Rich and staff are very polite. His knowledge is above all. He immediately got to work finding what my wife and I needed for our pool. I received a text from him to let us know supplies were ordered. We had questions concerning a battery powered vacuum. He brought his own vacuum for us to try.

Anyone that read the previous review, I have been contacted by the owner personally and he explained they had an address issue that has been corrected, and went so far to ask me to stop by and give them a personal review so when time allows I will do so and based on the conversation I would say they offer great service!! If you are looking for someone that knows about pools and can explain everything to you then this is the place to go! They tested our water and told us exactly what we needed and how much of each item we would need. Even told us when and how to add everything. Told us how to modify our filters so we don’t over chlorinate our pool and dry our liner out. Very kind and friendly people to deal with! Very clean business! Go see the Ashley family!
