Rich and staff are very polite. His knowledge is above all. He immediately got to work finding what my wife and I needed for our pool. I received a text from him to let us know supplies were ordered. We had questions concerning a battery powered vacuum. He brought his own vacuum for us to try.
If you are looking for someone that knows about pools and can explain everything to you then this is the place to go! They tested our water and told us exactly what we needed and how much of each item we would need. Even told us when and how to add everything. Life is hectic so I called Richie from Ashley Pool & Hot Tub Service to get my pool opened and ready for the season 🌞 Not only was he very friendly he was also in the time frame he stated he would be... He let me know when he was on his way so I didn't have to sit around waiting & guessing when he show up.. He got everything done in a timely manner as well as gave us some pointers & tips...
