I took my wife to let her see how easy it is to have service at the Pendleton Jiffy Lube. The employees talked to her and explained how they take care of business. She's at ease and willing to start taking her own car. Class act.
Was in a pinch on my way to work - my oil light had come on and I was due for an oil change. Drove right to this Jiffy Lube in Pendleton. They provided quick, courteous, and professional service. Communication is one of the most important things for me. Replaces brakes and other services. Every step of the way I knew what process step they were at. Seems like they have a good training process. Definetly worth coming back.
