Clean and welcoming never once have I went and felt uncomfortable. Its not like the bigger chains that push you through like cattel, they have conversations and get to know you. Plus they are always sweet and caring, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and when you leave you feel refreshed. I always see Debbie

I have been going to kathy for years and everytime she gets my hair exactly the way I want it she also makes your time there fun talks ya up and makes u feel at home I'll go back everytime

Very very sweet woman. Attentive to what you want and asks what is ok and what isnt also let me know I was damaging my hair just by the hairbands I was using. Yikes I had no idea! Overall great experience she was wonderful.
