Update. I called them back after a voicemail they left and after expressing my concerns, the person I spoke with quickly got rude with me. I was then emailed my dogs vet records to take to another vet and no one could read them. The new vet had to request them a second time. I was hoping that trying to read them on my phone was the issue but im not sure was the case. The response they left on my previous review was kinder than the phone call for sure but then again the public sees it. I will never forget how horrible they made me feel especially when i was doing everything in my power to get my dog healed after such a traumatic accident. I was so worried for weeks and having to deal with the negativity from them was making it harder. I did everything i was suppose to and still felt like i was failing.

My dog unknowingly broke her tail and one day chewed it off. I had to rush her up and they took great care of her.(I was hesitate to even go up there but they were they only place I could get to before they closed). We were home for almost a week before she had to go back in a second time because she managed to get a hold of her tail and open it back up. They were a little upset I could tell but still took great care of her. At the 2nd visit I was informed that she was going to be put on 2 more medications to take with the 2 she was sent home with at the first visit. I told them I never got any medicine for her and they questioned me a lot about it. They couldn't understand that I wasnt given the medicine at the first visit. Everyone I talked to made me feel like I was lieing and trying to I guess get double the drugs. They did eventually give me 3 of the meds she was supposed to have and we were sent home. She did end up having to go back for a 3rd visit because even though I was doing my best to keep my other dog away from her, he managed to pop it open yet again. At this point I'm just absolutely 100% tore apart at the incidents that has happened over the last few weeks. The staff at the office just made me feel even worse. When she got done and the vet called and told me they would keep her all week (a larger vet bill I couldn't afford after 2 previous visits) I informed the vet there was no way I could afford a week long stay and that is when the rudeness came out of everyone at the office. They made me feel so small and while on the phone the vet very rudely told me she was supposed to be kenneled this whole entire time(information that wasnt gave to me yet again). I was told I could come up and visit her anytime. The only times I would have been able to do that would have been after hours because I work all day. When I went to pick her up I was given very short responses, The first lady I spoke with that asked if she could help me and when I told her which dog I was there to get she cut me off to take a call that was on hold. Why ask if you can help me if your just going to take a call that was on hold, thankfully another lady helped me. She didn't give me any after care instructions. She didn't tell me if I could give her the meds she has when we got home, she didn't tell me if she needed a follow up appointment to remove the stitches. The atmosphere on her last visit was horrible. I do not plan on taking any of my pets back. I felt bad enough there wasn't any reason for anyone there to make me feel any worse. I mean my dog broke her tail and I didn't even notice because she gave no indications she was in any pain. The lack of communication was terrible. It seemed with each visit I was given new information that I should had been told from the very first visit. I separated my dogs as much as I could without re-homing one while the other healed. The last phone call I had with the vet she told me that if I had to bring her back again that we would be looking at her having no tail and possibly just putting her to sleep!! like for real!

Would like to thank Dr. Elliott for her treatment of Bear, Kit and especially Cali. We were very impressed with her bedside manner and I would think it would be hard to find a more knowledgeable veterinarian. Heck...we like everyone there. We have known Brad so long he feels like family and he has the uncanny ability to surround himself with some of the best employees. Thanks again!
