Where do I start, Ben and his staff is absolutely amazing. From the time we made an appointment to come in and make arrangements for our son to the evening of the service. They treated our son with compassion, care and respect, like he was one of their own loved ones. They made sure the service was about what our son would have wanted and not about anyone else. When the time comes to plan our funerals we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making this horrible time a little easier.
I’m not even sure where to begin. Ben came to pick up my father on saturday morning and knew all the right things to say and was there for us even after the funeral. Ben was the absolute best and was so down to earth. We went to do funeral arrangements that afternoon and absolutely knows how to go with the flow. We all got along so easily and he laughed at the stories and horrible jokes I had. My mom told him how much I loved animals and he didn’t hesitate to bring his dog down to us and we got to hang out with lil dude for a really long time. Ben even went along with my jokes and added some of his own (they were good ones) During the funeral today he checked in on every single one of us and even brought his dog down for me before everyone came in because he knew I needed some extra love from a dog. As well as continuing to make jokes with me and telling people to keep an eye on me because i was making jokes and being silly. We are so greatful for Mr. Ben and his dog. We would have not survived without him these last few days. At the very end he said it was an honor to work for us but it was an honor to know him, hate the circumstances but dad would have been his best friend. i am forever in debt to Ben for how well he took care of my family. I am forever thankful for him. Usually planning funerals involves a lot of stress and with him there so no stress in the room
