Our AC went out yesterday and it has been miserably hot in our home. Zion arrived at our home within an hour after we called today. He was professional, kind, polite, knowledgeable, and he fixed everything very quickly. When I told him how grateful we were for him coming so quickly and for helping on a Saturday, he smiled and said “of course, I love my job”. And you could tell he meant it.
