Quoted me a price in email format, then with the money in his hand told me it ended up being $1000 less than quoted. He had no reason to change his quote other than his own personal morals. Willie saved us over $6000 on our commercial freezer! Another company wanted to replace the entire cooling system. Willie took a careful look at our system and verified that the cooling system was working properly. He then found a wire that had been burned through because it was touching the heating element. He was helpful and communicated with us through the entire process. Temps are great and we are very grateful to Halls for saving us so much money with a careful look!
