The work was done efficiently, with the entire project completed in just over a day, and the cleanup was thorough. Customers have praised the company's professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work, which includes redecking, re-shingling, and addressing issues with rafters and venting. 1st Choice Construction has also demonstrated its responsiveness, quickly accommodating a request to re-roof a shed. Excellent experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a honest and reliable contractor. 1st Choice Construction replaced my roof, windows, gutters and added new siding. Damage was storm related. The work crews were very professional. My house does not look like the same house. I couldn’t be happier.
These guys identified and corrected a previous contractors roof building mistake. The original contractor wouldn't return our calls or stand behind his work. It was a huge relief to find 1rst Choice and know the issue would be competently resolved. They were really professional- returning our call and coming out quickly for the estimate and then repair. Recommend them highly!
1st Choice Construction did a great job repairing my barn roof. They replaced the tin, flashing, and ridge cap on one section and also built and framed two new barn doors for me. They were on time, worked quickly, and kept in touch throughout the whole process. I'm really happy with how everything turned out. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
