I contacted Josh with an insurance claim while he was on vacation with his family. Not only did Josh take the call, he also started the claim process and had me set up for a rental that same day...on a Sunday. He did not forward me to voicemail, did not say he would take care of it Monday, did not hesitate to help out, immediately. Great service from Josh and helping me get the ball rolling on my claim!

The ladies here were very helpful in helping me find what I needed. Unfortunately what I thought would work for me ended up not working, so I called back. The sales lady Mindy was very helpful with what all I needed and then when she didn't know what I was looking for (trying to see if I could get a piece for my water heater) she got me to someone who knew the answer (unfortunately it didn't work out for me). But they were very helpful and courteous. Thank you Mindy and other employees at Stearns for y'all's help.
