I've been training Journey Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) for over a year now, and I can honestly say it's been one of the best experiences of my life. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the sport, and they create a positive and supportive learning environment for students of all levels.The classes are well-structured and cover a wide range of techniques, from basic self-defense to more advanced competition-level moves. Highly recommend this place to women especially. I used to do jujitsu on a regular basis but now struggle after developing PTSD. Chris has been more than understanding when I've tried (multiple times) to restart martial arts. I've received nothing but support of me trying to ease myself back into the sport and the instructors have never questioned my limitations. Not every martial arts dojo is so understanding of the balance between physical and mental health, and for that I'm truly grateful.

Been training with Chris and the crew at journey for almost 3 years now and it’s been nothing short of life changing. I’m not the best Yet but I’m the best me I could Be right now.
