“We have used Cooks Carpet Cleaning over the past 3 yrs. They are excellent!! Today was no exception, the gentleman came and looked over our carpet, explained all the steps, went out and set up his equipment, put all the necessary items around our house so that the hoses didn’t scrape the furniture or walls. Typically when u have ur carpets cleaned the company asks u to move all of ur furniture, well that is what made us so happy today. The gentleman actually helped us move some of our ungodly heavy furniture to clean behind them. That is what makes them stand out. They go above and beyond to help their customers, when most other companies wouldn’t do that. Thank you so much Cooks!! You guys have definitely went above and beyond in our book!!!“
