Dr. Wendy has been a blessing to our family and fur babies. They provide Twilight Services, when you have to lay your pet to rest. She provided our family a peaceful and comforting way to send our Lydia to heaven. The whole family was able to gather around her as she passed away. We will forever be grateful for her.
Well Pets's Twilight Services helped me put my cat down at my own home not only in the most kind and thoughtful way I could hope for but also more affordable than anywhere else I found in the city. As someone with low income and a sick kitty, this meant the world to me in a time of desperation. While I havent been to this physical location, within just a few days of calling, one of their vets, Dr. Scott, drove to my home, eased me into the process with great professionalism and bedside manner, and even sent a follow-up text later reassuring me that I did the right thing timing-wise. The Well Pets office was technically closed for the holidays, but they still responded to my voicemail - wonderful customer service. Dr. Moore provided Twilight Services for my cat. She was so kind and explained everything that would happen throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend her if you’re ever in need of these services.
