The Well Pets office was technically closed for the holidays, but they still responded to my voicemail - wonderful customer service. Dr. Moore provided Twilight Services for my cat. She was so kind and explained everything that would happen throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend her if you’re ever in need of these services.

Wife and I called on Dr Emch to euthanize our small dog. He was quick to respond and gave us all the time we needed in those final moments. He assessed our dog when he arrived and explained her condition, helping comfort us that we were making the right decision at the right time. He walked us through the process and went at our pace. As someone who was experiencing all of this for the first time, I cant recommend this service or this Dr enough. Pricing was upfront and transparent (on their website), so we were not worried about being oversold in a moment of grief. If you should have to confront this sad moment in your life, dont hesitate to call them.

Me and my family had to put down my 20 year old cat April 16th. We had a really hard time finding a vet that would come to the house and especially one that was reasonably priced. My friend recommended twilight. The vet who came to our house was super friendly and kind and walked us through the whole process and explained everything for us. Putting down pets is hard in general but I really am glad we called them because it's the best service we could of had to put our cat down. Definitely recommend them.
