Over the years, having been in our fair town since 2006, my family has used the Hamilton Hills Animal Hospital for all our pets needs. Never have we been let down and always have been impressed by the genuine caring manner that Dr. Hastedt has attended to our pets.
Many of our 4-legged friends needed to be administered for end of life circumstances. Each one was cared for in its own special manner.... each gently & calmly leaving us. One Flatcoated Retriever needed to be helped at home - which the good Doctor was able to do.

Our first trip was just an exam, and it went great. Our second trip was for heartworm testing, and it went even better. Everyone at this facility has treated our family and our precious Louis the Poochon with respect and care.
You couldn't ask for a more kind and professional staff. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Mary Hastedt is a very kind and loving veternarian. She has been my vet for at least 15 years. When I was losing my first dog she offered to come to my house in the evening to put him down if necessary to allow time for my other dog to understand and adjust to what was happening. I would recommend her to anyone in need of quality, loving care for their pet.
