I like that everyone has been trained in their services and products. My questions have been answered knowledgeably and professionally. I am always greeted with a welcoming smile and hello. The rooms are impeccably clean as well as the equipment.

Stopped in this morning when it was very busy and had the pleasure of meeting Lily for the first time at the front desk. She was very positive, extremely friendly, and made the experience exceptionally great. Always a good visit and the store is so well maintained. Also huge shoutout to Corrine who showed me the ropes my first time here and got me obsessed with all the spa rooms! She is also always extremely helpful, friendly, and very welcoming 😊

I’ve been coming here for years and the manager here is phenomenal. Today i went in and an employee named Lily was training another girl. When i tell i it was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had I’m not lying. She finally did a troubleshoot on my app all while training and helping Other guests. I’ve been in customer service for years, and this girl deserves to be recognized. Lily, thank you for your time today and kindness.
