Did the 2 week intro deal and instantly felt welcomed. They have a beautiful cozy space and I've enjoyed the variety and quality of instructors. Shine will be added to my regular practice for sure!

I attended the 6-7 pm Wednesday class led by Kat. Such a lovely instructor and an excellent class. I'd say the class was beginner to intermediate, with lots of opportunities to modify depending on your level and comfort. It was a small, quiet class in a dim studio which I enjoyed very much.

The location was beautiful and inviting, and we were immediately greeted by a smiling face. The instructor, Jackie, was very friendly, and helpful. I used to do yoga regularly, but am currently out of practice. Jackie made for a comfortable return and reminded me how much I missed yoga. Really enjoyed myself. ??♥️
