Two years ago, Reed Roofing came out to replace the siding and windows in our house. We were incredibly disappointed throughout the process with the team’s workmanship with one problem following the next. During the removal of the old siding, our brand new patio railings were damaged. While this was repaired, the team were regularly sloppy in their efforts, leaving the inside and outside of the house littered with debris and trash. Material foam used as insulin around the new windows was incorrectly placed, leaving yellow foam bits on our walls, the new wooden inserts placed inside were haphazardly stained as they were placed, leaving stains on our walls and the brand... read full review

I called for a roofing quotation. The tech came out and seemed very knowledgeable. He said he would send me a quote in three days. After three weeks I called and got a recorded message...no response. Called a second and third time....no response. Went to their web page and left a comment that could be seen on their web page....one week later got a response." So busy...so busy...... Hot a written quote 4 days later Called to confirm acceptance of quote.....recorded line.....no response. Left messages three more times.....no response.This company does not know what customer service is......I would be careful in considering this business for any work.
